What PRYSM may receive from Garmin

If PRYSM enables health, wellness, or recovery features, some Garmin-imported data may be health-related data under privacy law.

- Training schedule or workout metadata needed to deliver the planned session to Garmin-compatible services or devices
Why we use this data
- Importing historical metrics for plan calibration
- Comparing planned workouts against actual performance
- Applying adaptive logic based on actual training load

Your controls

- Review the permissions requested before connecting
