Subscription plans, billing cycles, and automatic renewal
PRYSM may offer one or more subscription plans, each with different features, limits, and prices. The key features, billing frequency, and price of each plan will be shown at checkout.
Subscriptions may be billed monthly, annually, or on another clearly disclosed cycle. Your billing cycle and renewal date will be displayed at checkout or in your account.
Unless stated otherwise, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize PRYSM's payment processor to charge the applicable recurring fee, taxes, and any clearly disclosed adjustments using your chosen payment method.
Cancellation and when access ends
You may cancel renewal at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@prysm.digital.
Unless local law requires otherwise:
- Cancellation stops the next renewal charge
- The subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period
- No prorated refund is provided for the unused portion of the current period unless required by law or expressly approved by PRYSM under the refund policy below
After cancellation, paid features normally remain available until the end of the current billing period, after which the account may revert to a free tier or reduced-access mode if one exists.
Free trials, refunds, and price changes
Free trials
- The trial duration and eligibility rules will be displayed at sign-up
- If a payment method is required, PRYSM will clearly disclose whether the subscription converts automatically at the end of the trial
- PRYSM may send a reminder before the first paid charge where required by law or appropriate for the offer
Except where required by applicable law, PRYSM subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started and no prorated refunds are provided for partial use of a subscription period. PRYSM may issue refunds or credits in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized charges, or material technical access issues affecting the service.
PRYSM may also consider exceptional refund requests at its sole discretion. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
Price changes
PRYSM may change prices prospectively. Existing subscribers should receive advance notice before a price change takes effect. Where a specific notice period is required by law, PRYSM will apply that period.
Payments, taxes, and chargebacks
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. PRYSM may receive limited billing, status, and fraud-prevention information needed to manage subscriptions, but does not store full payment card details.
Prices will indicate whether VAT or other applicable taxes are included. PRYSM may collect taxes as required by law based on the user's billing country or residence.
PRYSM may suspend or terminate access if a payment is reversed, disputed in bad faith, or associated with fraud, abuse, or repeated breach of these terms.
EU right of withdrawal and contact
For EU consumers, a 14-day withdrawal right may apply to distance contracts. Digital services can be subject to exceptions, especially where the consumer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges that the withdrawal right may be lost once the service begins or is fully performed, depending on the legal structure of the service and the law that applies.
Where PRYSM offers immediate access to paid digital services, EU consumers may be asked to expressly consent to the start of service before the withdrawal period ends and to acknowledge that this may affect or extinguish the withdrawal right to the extent permitted by applicable law.
